Request Process

Access the Self Service Portal or contact the IT Service Desk (ext 41515)


Guest wireless access.
Conference delegates or business guests who require wireless access should request it via their University host / contact before visiting Durham.


The host or contact should request a temporary username and password by contacting the appropriate person within their department or Event Durham. These will be supplied upon the guest's arrival.
